Italian Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless chicken
    4 eggs, beaten
    Italian seasoning bread crumbs
    margarine
    chicken broth
    grated cheese (your choice)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Soak in 4 beaten eggs for 4 hours.
    Shake pieces in bread crumbs and brown in margarine. Brown chicken 1/3 at a time.
    Place in large baking dish and pour chicken broth over top.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
