Lemon-Orange Concentrate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lemons
4 oranges
8 c. sugar
1 1/2 qt. boiling water
2 oz. citric acid (available at most grocery stores)
Preparation

Grate rinds and squeeze juice from lemons and oranges.
Strain juices if desired.
Add boiling water to sugar and citric acid. Cool.
Mix syrup and juices.
Bottle and refrigerate.
One cup of concentrate makes 2 quarts of drink.
