Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges with skins
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange potato wedges in shallow baking pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Spoon sauce over potatoes several times during cooking.
