Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
    2 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Spread rice on bottom.
    Mix both cans of soup and 1 can of water.
    Spread half of this mixture over rice.
    Stir with a fork to moisten.
    Salt and pepper chicken and place on top of rice.
    Dot with butter.
    Spread remaining soup mixture over chicken.
    Sprinkle dry soup on top.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
