Marinated Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini
oil for deep frying
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 c. fresh basil leaves
salt
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
small piece chili pepper
Preparation

Trin ends of the zucchini and slice lengthwise.
Sprinkle with salt and arrange the slices on a plate positioned at a slight angle, so that the zucchini will lose some of its moisture.
Let drain for a few hours, then dry with kitchen towel.
