Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 level Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 tsp. peppercorn (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together and make a roll 12-inches long. Wrap in aluminum foil with shiny side in. Refrigerate 21 hours. Poke holes in bottom of foil (underneath side). Place on rack of broiler pan with 1/2 to 1-inch of water in bottom of pan. Water should not touch foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
