Acapulco Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Daisy sour cream
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1 tsp. chile con carne seasoning
1 Tbsp. garlic flavored red wine vinegar
1 large avocado, chunked
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crisp corn chips
crisp salad greens

Preparation

Combine sour cream, seasonings and vinegar for dressing.
