Applesauce Cinnamon Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. bread flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 oz. raisins
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, adding yeast last.
    Cover and let rise 2 hours.
    Punch down, place in greased loaf pan and let rise another 2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Remove from pan and let cook on rack.
