Black Bean And Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked black beans
    1/4 cup corn kernels
    1/4 cup each, chopped: cilantro, green onions (green portion only) and red bell peppers (or may substitute pimentos.)
    1/2 cup Italian dressing
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine beans, corn, cilantro, onions and red bell peppers.
    Add Italian dressing, salt and pepper and gently mix to blend well.
    Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
    Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, black pepper and dressing.
