Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. finely chopped zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add oil, vanilla, sugar and zucchini.
    Combine flour and cinnamon together.
    Mix well with egg mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake a 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
