Italian Sub Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cube steaks
    sub rolls
    30 sliced onions
    30 sliced red peppers
    lettuce
    1 tsp. oil
    bottled Italian dressing
Preparation
    Pan-fry steak in 1 teaspoon oil.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Saute onion and pepper until crisp-tender.
    Place on a sub roll and pour desired amount of dressing.
    Top with lettuce.
