Blueberry-Bran Pancakes(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Fiber One cereal
    2 egg whites
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), thawed and drained
Preparation
    Crush cereal.
    Mix eggs, milk, oil and cereal.
    Let stand 7 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, except berries.
    Beat until smooth. Fold in berries.
    Pour batter by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until puffed and full of bubbles.
    Turn. Cook until golden brown.
    Makes about ten 5-inch cakes.
