Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add remaining ingredients to the eggs. Stir and mix well.
Pour into a well-greased glass pan.
Bake at 225\u00b0.
Increase heat until up to 325\u00b0.
Slowly increase heat over a total of one hour baking time.
It will be golden brown on top when done.
