Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium-size green tomatoes, sliced thin and chopped
    1 c. raisins
    1 scant c. granulated sugar
    nutmeg, allspice and ginger to taste
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour (strong)
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together in a large bowl and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Put a top crust over, crimp edges and make several steam vents.
    Sprinkle a little sugar over the top crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Good eating both warm and cool.
