Lentil And Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lentils, cooked
    2 c. brown rice, cooked
    1 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and saute the onions.
    Add all remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
