Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion (can use 2 Tbsp. dried onion)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; add to potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
