Crock-Pot Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean stew beef
    1 can celery soup
    flour
    oil
    water
Preparation
    Roll stew beef in flour.
    Brown (only) slowly in small amount of oil.
    Put browned beef in crock-pot.
    Add celery soup and 1/2 can water.
    Cook for 2 hours (or until done).
    Serve over rice. Wonderful over wild or brown rice.
