Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 3/4-inch) loin pork chops with pocket
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. peeled apple cubes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place in 9-inch square dish with meaty area to outside, bones to center.
    Mix together next 4 ingredients.
    Stuff pocket of chops with mixture.
    Cover and bake 16 minutes at High power. Rotate 1/4 turn half-way through baking time.
    Rest 10 minutes.
