Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Nestle semi-sweet Toll House morsels
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 Tbsp. butter
coffee ice cream
bitter chocolate

Preparation

Melt chocolate bits until smooth.
Add Rice Krispies and stir until coated with chocolate.
Butter a 10-inch pie plate.
Pour mixture into pie plate and spread evenly.
(This is the crust.) Let stand at room temperature.
When ready to serve, fill with ice cream and sprinkle shredded bitter chocolate on top.
