Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks oleo, softened
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Combine sugars, oleo and oil until blended.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy.
Mix together the flour, soda, powder, salt and cream of tartar.
Add to mixture.
Chill 1 hour. Roll out and cut or roll into balls and flatten on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, until light brown.
