Shrimp Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
    dash of cayenne
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    cooked white rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Add garlic, sauteing until golden.
    Add parsley, shrimp and cayenne.
    Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add wine; cover, cooking an additional 3 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients; cover and cook 10 minutes. Serve hot over rice.
