Electric Blender Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crumb crust
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. soft cream cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Line an 8-inch layer cake pan with seasoned crumbs.
Into container of electric blender put eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream.
Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds.
With motor on, gradually add cheese and melted butter.
Pour into prepared pan and bake in pre-heated 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set in center.
The filling will be soft, but it will firm as the cake cools.
Chill before serving.
