Skewered Steak Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef boneless round sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1 medium onion, cut into 6 wedges
    1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2 x 1 inch chunks
    6 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Toss beef and dressing in glass or plastic bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 8 hours, turning beef occasionally.
    Remove beef from marinade.
    Reserve marinade. Thread beef alternately with onion and bell pepper on 6-inch metal skewers, leaving 1/4 inch between each piece.
    Place 1 cherry tomato on the end of each skewer.
    Brush kabobs generously with marinade.
    Cover and grill kabobs 4 to 5 inches from medium coals 15 to 20 minutes for medium doneness.
