Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    2 bell peppers
    1 onion
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. mayo
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 celery stalk
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets; let cool just enough to handle. Peel and dice potatoes while warm. Dice peppers, onion and celery with salt and pepper to taste. Add vinegar and oil; mix well. Cool in refrigerator. Next day, add sour cream and mayo.
