Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can Niblets corn
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, salt, baking powder, oil, milk, eggs, grated cheese, corn and chopped onion.
    Pour into large skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
