Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sausage
    2 loaves frozen bread
    1 can Parmesan cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Fry sausage and drain all grease off.
    Thaw bread.
    Roll out onto large circle shape.
    Mix eggs and 1/2 can Parmesan cheese; spread this over dough.
    Scatter sausage over the top.
    Place Mozzarella cheese next and remaining Parmesan cheese, but 1 tablespoon.
    Roll dough into log.
    Set on counter and let rise about 1 hour.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine; drizzle over top of baked bread.
    Top with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Place back in oven long enough to brown.
    Serve warm.
