Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix butter, salt, pepper and flour.
    Cook until smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in milk.
    Heat until boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Mix with cooked macaroni.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
