Mexican Beef And Chip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. corn or tortilla chips
    1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 1-quart glass casserole.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Microwave, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is set.
    Stir to break up meat; drain fat.
    Stir in soup and chilies.
