Roast Potatoes With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 new potatoes, scrubbed and halved
    2 tsp. olive oil
    garlic powder
    powdered rosemary
    black pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brush potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, rosemary and black pepper. Arrange, cut side up, in shallow roasting pan. Pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of pan.
    Roast at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes or until tender.
    Makes 4 servings. Approximate Nutritional Content Per Potato:
