Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or sausage
2 onions, sliced
2 slices bread, crumbled or torn into small pieces
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
3 or 4 zucchini
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown the meat; drain the fat.
Stir in the onions, salt, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and sour cream.
Slice zucchini thin lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange half of the slices in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Add meat mixture, then cover with rest of zucchini slices.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Uncover and put Mozzarella slices and last tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake, uncovered, 10 more minutes.
