Shrimp And Pepper Stir-Fry(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh or frozen shelled shrimp
    1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1/3 c. hot water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. green onions, bias cut
    1 large green pepper or pea pods
    1 1/3 c. hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
    Dissolve chicken bouillon granules in the hot water.
    Combine cornstarch and pepper.
    Stir in lemon juice and soy sauce.
    Stir in bouillon; set aside.
