Baked Devil Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 hard-boiled eggs
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut eggs lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and mash.
Mix with mayonnaise, paprika, curry powder and dry mustard.
Refill egg whites.
Place in baking dish, 10 1/2 x 6 x 1 1/2-inches.
Melt butter.
Blend in flour and add celery soup and milk.
Cook and stir until bubbly.
Add cheese.
Stir in curry powder.
Pour over eggs.
