Bacon Cheese Apple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. bacon
1-1/2 c. milk
1 c. apple pie filling
1-1/2 c. Bisquick mix
Sprinkle of nutmeg
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp, place on paper towel to absorb fat. Mix apples, sugar and nutmeg.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Crumble bacon over apples.
Sprinkle cheese over bacon. Beat eggs, milk, and bisquick mix together.
Pour over apple, bacon, and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
A good breakfast or brunch casserole.
Serve warm.
