"Grouper Key Largo" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless grouper fillets
    8 medium scallops
    8 medium, cleaned shrimp
    2 oz. crabmeat
    1/2 qt. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 qt. fresh bread crumbs
    2 oz. bacon drippings
Preparation
    Two large frying pans are needed.
    In one, saute the shrimp, scallops and mushrooms in 1/2 of bacon drippings.
    When they are just about done (5 minutes), add crab and bread crumbs.
    Turn off heat and hold this mixture.
