Anytime Soup(Especially Good For Diets.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can green beans
1 can bean sprouts
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 large bag cauliflower and broccoli
salt and pepper to taste
5 c. tomato juice
2 c. water
5 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
-
Put the first 9 ingredients in a large pan. Add the last 3. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
(Can be frozen in small amounts.
Great for lunch.)
