Pecan Tassie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    3 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1 stick margarine (at room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese and margarine, then add flour. Chill at least 1 hour. Pinch off 1-inch balls (about the size of a quarter) and place in tiny ungreased 1 3/4-inch muffin cups. Press dough onto bottom and sides of cups. Makes about 3 dozen miniature shells.
