Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook peppers in 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes.
    Stuff with remaining ingredients; cover with sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
