Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing (dry)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    assorted vegetables, diced (ex.: carrots, broccoli, green peppers)
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls on large cookie sheet and press together to cover pan to make crust.
    Spray with Pam first.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10
    minutes.
    Mix the cream cheese, dressing, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Top with vegetables and shredded cheese.
