Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together very evenly with your hands.
Smash evenly all the way to the edges of a jelly roll pan, pressing very firmly. Prick evenly close together with a fork.
Sugar lightly; bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until tan, not brown.
Immediately cut into bars after removing from oven.
Allow to cool in pan.
