Ingredients

1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3 1/2 c. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. and 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. warm water
1 (28 oz.) can plum tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. Italian sliced sausage
olive oil
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Add 1 tablespoon sugar and stir well.
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, salt and 1 teaspoon sugar).
Add oil, second 1/2 cup water and yeast mixture.
Mix to form dough; knead 3 to 5 minutes.
Let rise in a covered bowl until doubled (1 1/2 hours).
Spread on a 14-inch pizza pan (greased).
Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Prick dough all over and bake 4 minutes.
