Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 can cream style corn
1 chopped hot pepper
1 grated medium onion
1 lb. hamburger meat
Preparation

Brown meat.
Drain and set aside.
Combine cornmeal, eggs, milk, sugar, oil, creamed corn, pepper and grated onion.
Pour half of mixture into greased iron skillet.
Then spread cooked hamburger meat over mixture.
