Date Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 1/2 lb. chopped dates
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 lb. walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix nuts, dates, flour, sugar and other ingredients with the eggs.
Mix well.
Spread 2 small loaf pans with Pam and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes two (1-pound) loaves.
