Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large egg
2/3 c. catsup, divided
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (9 or 10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 c. grated low-fat (part skim) Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
Mix egg and 1/3 cup catsup in a large bowl.
Stir in bread crumbs; then mix in meat until blended.
Pat half the meat over bottom of baking dish.
Sprinkle with layer of spinach, then cheese.
Pat remaining meat on top.
Spread with remaining catsup.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
