Seven Layer Overnight Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, torn in small pieces
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas (not thawed)
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 to 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation

Layer first 4 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch glass or Tupperware dish (only use glass or Tupperware).
Cover with mayonnaise and sugar, then layer of grated cheese.
Top with crumbled bacon. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
(May use Bac*Os instead of bacon.)
