Graham Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Scald milk and cream on medium heat.
    Thoroughly mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Add dry ingredients to milk.
    Mix until thick.
    Let boil slowly for a couple of minutes.
    Beat the egg yolks.
    Gradually add pudding mixture to yolks, stirring constantly.
    Cook for 1 minute on low.
    Take off heat.
    Cool and add vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Top with meringue, if desired.
