Overnight Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 c. yogurt (can be low-fat)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and yogurt.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, nutmeg and salt and add to first mixture.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over top and swirl into batter.
Cover pan with waxed paper and put in refrigerator overnight.
