Chocolate Cake Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. pancake mix
    4 eggs
    2 oz. (2 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
    ice cream, whipped cream or topping
Preparation
    Add salt to eggs; beat until thick and lemon colored.
    Add sugar, a little at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add melted chocolate, vanilla and pancake mix.
    Stir lightly until batter is smooth.
    Spread batter evenly in greased, wax paper lined jelly roll pan (10 x 15 x 1-inch).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
