Cocktail Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, crumbled, fried and drained
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can pizza sauce
    3 cans Grand canned biscuits, pulled apart in flakes for crust
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except biscuits.
    Separate each biscuit into 3 or 4 layers.
    Spread each biscuit round with the mixture and place on a pizza pan or cookie sheet.
    Bake now or freeze for later.
    Place in plastic bags until ready to use.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
