Delicious Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. tomato catsup
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix oil, salt, sugar and vinegar together, then beat in catsup and finally, add sour cream, beating it in gradually.
This is a delicious dressing for fish, vegetables, tomato or hearts of lettuce salad, and is equally good used as a sauce for shrimp. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
