Chicken And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 3/4 c. cream style corn
3 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt the margarine in skillet; add flour.
Blend well and stir over low heat until bubbly.
Add broth, all at once, stirring constantly until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper; combine corn, chicken and sauce in a 2-quart casserole.
Top with bread crumbs blended with 6 tablespoons melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until crumbs are brown and sauce is bubbling at edge.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
